Neuro-Health Immersion

About the Day

Neuro-Health Immersion is a physician-led educational and experiential program for patients interested in mind-body approaches to neurological health. The program introduces practical, non-pharmacological tools that may support nervous system regulation, stress management, body awareness, and daily self-management.

Participants will be guided through gentle movement, structured breathing, yoga nidra, and sound-based relaxation, with clinical discussion connecting these practices to neurological symptoms and everyday function. The program is held in a quiet nature-based setting to support learning, practice, and reflection.

The program includes general clinical education and group discussion. It is intended to complement, not replace your current neurological care. It does not include individualized diagnosis or medication management. Patients who want individualized medical review may schedule a separate neurology consultation.

Who is this for?

This program is designed for adults with neurological conditions or stress-sensitive neurological symptoms who are interested in learning practical mind-body skills as a complement to their existing medical care.

Parkinson’s Disease

Dr. Mulukutla’s academic work includes meditation and related mind-body approaches as they apply to Parkinson’s symptoms. This program offers practical skills for patients interested in using breath, meditation, and relaxation practices to support mobility, stress regulation, attention, sensory awareness, and daily self-management as part of a broader neurological care plan.

Multiple Sclerosis

Patients with MS may benefit from structured approaches to rest, stress management, fatigue awareness, and nervous system regulation. The research on mind-body practices and inflammatory markers is still developing, and this program is intended as a complement to standard MS care.

Migraine and Sensory Sensitivity

The program introduces breath, relaxation, sensory downshifting, and attention-based practices that may help patients develop tools for stress-sensitive symptoms and sensory overload. These practices are intended to complement, not replace, migraine medications or other medical treatment.
